Koh Samui sits around 28 degrees all year, with days of 29 to 33 and humidity near 80 percent, so it feels hotter. December and January are the coolest months. Can I work remotely while I am here?

Absolutely. Passes are ฿1,000 a day, ฿3,500 a week or ฿7,500 a month, with 3, 6 and 12-month memberships too, and every pass includes the boxing gym and the recovery spa. Month passes and memberships get 24-hour gym access; the recovery spa is open 10am to 8pm.
Do I have to box?
No. Boxing is the flagship, not a requirement. If you do want to, sparring is supervised by a coach and a mouthguard is compulsory.
How long is a retreat, and when is the first one?
Seven days. The first starts on Sunday 3 January 2027 and ends on Saturday 9 January with a celebration dinner at our opening fight night, then you fly home after breakfast on Sunday 10 January. Our last retreat ran for twelve days and we found that a little long, so seven is now the standard.
What results can I expect?
Better daily habits, strength, fitness, nutrition and recovery. We measure your weight, body composition and skinfolds and take progress photos on day one and day seven, so you see the change for yourself. We will not promise a weight-loss number, because every body responds differently. The aim is habits you keep once you are home.
